About Viking Park

Viking Park Incorporated is a family owned and operated residential community. We are located on a 14.25 acre site in Poulsbo, Washington, 18 miles west of Seattle, Washington via the Bainbridge Island ferry. We are located close to the intersection of Highway 305 and Highway 3, directly east of downtown Poulsbo.


Viking Park is a residential community comprised of Manufactured Homes. The property is similar to any neighborhood in the USA. It is an "active adult community" with an age requirement of 55 or greater.


All Manufactured Homes are purchased from a private party and owned by the tenant. The lot rental is a separate fee. All units have an attached garage or carport. There is plenty of guest parking.
